Heather Allen (@hahanella) is a Contracts Coordinator at HarperCollins working on subsidiary rights and trade agreements. In 2012 she graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a BA in English and minors in Creative Writing and Latin American Studies, and in 2014 she graduated from Pace University in New York, NY with a MS in Publishing. Before Harper she worked at Thieme Medical Publishers in Managing Editorial. In her free time she enjoys reading, using her MoviePass, and cuddling her cat. She is the co-chair of YPG Cares (#YPGCares). |

Hannah Campbell (@thishannah) is an Associate Production Editor at Henry Holt & Company. She received a BA from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU in 2010, with a focus in literature, creative writing, and semantics. She then earned an MS in education from St. John’s University and taught high school English before starting her career in publishing in 2014. Hannah’s favorite pastime (aside from reading, of course) is singing—with her choir, at karaoke, or just for fun. She also enjoys board games, cooking, making candles, and running (sometimes). She is originally from Michigan and would rather swim in the Great Lakes than the ocean any day. |

A born and bred New Yorker from Washington Heights, Cassandra graduated with a degree in Philosophy and a minor in Literature from The New School in 2013. When not organizing books by color at the office, she’s strolling through city streets with her headphones blaring, enduring the subway system with a book at hand, and/or thinking about her next travel destination. |

Erin Flaaen is a Corporate Marketing Assistant at Simon & Schuster, working on titles from across all of the adult imprints. She also serves on the editorial board for the backlist book recommendation website, Off the Shelf. Originally from Arizona, she took a leap in 2014 and transferred to Binghamton University, the State University of New York, to complete her BA in English, concentrating in creative writing. When not reading or writing, she can be found baking, eating as many varying cuisines as one can find in North Jersey, and trying to take pictures of her cat with books. |

Andrew Gibeley is an Assistant Publicist at William Morrow and Dey Street Books, imprints of HarperCollins. He graduated cum laude from Hamilton College in 2016 with honors in Creative Writing and a minor in Theatre. After graduation, he attended the NYU Summer Publishing Institute, which led to his previous role in the Special Markets department at HarperCollins. In his spare time, he enjoys Netflixing, book clubbing, short story writing and editing, and volunteering with the Anti-Violence Project (AVP) in support of LGBTQ safety and awareness. |

Prior to working at PRH, Heather worked in publicity at Macmillan Children’s, interned at Writers House and Pippin Properties literary agencies, and peddled children’s books at Books of Wonder. Now she runs the DIYPG arts and crafts event series, sometimes runs as a physical activity (provided that there’s an audiobook loaded on her phone), and constantly runs her mouth about Tuck Everlasting (NOT a love story) and Harry Potter (#SeverusSnapeHateBrigade.) |

Loan Le (@loanloan) is an editorial assistant at Simon & Schuster’s Atria Books and Keywords Press imprints. Prior to this, she worked at S&S’s Gallery Books and Scout Press imprints. She graduated in 2014 from Fairfield University with a bachelor’s degree in English, concentrating in journalism and creative writing. Josh Redlich (@JoshuaRedlich) is the Chair of the YPG Planning Committee and a Publicist at Random House Children’s Books, where he works on everything from picture books to YA, with a focus on sci-fi/fantasy. Prior to joining RHCB, he was at Sterling Publishing as an Administrative Assistant and then Marketing & Publicity Coordinator, and he held internships at The Association of American Publishers (AAP), The Overlook Press, Publishers Weekly, and Lippincott Massie McQuilkin Literary Agents. He has served on the YPG Planning Committee since 2014, and as Chair since April 2017. When not hoarding free books at the office, Josh can be found taking full advantage of New York City (which includes, but is not limited to, sneaking into red carpet premieres and working as a background extra on local TV and film), traveling (usually somewhere with castles), and geeking out over Harry Potter. |
