YPG Meetup: Lit Crawl Brooklyn with PEN America
YPG Meetup: Lit Crawl Brooklyn with PEN America
Traditionally, a good old-fashioned pub-crawl involves barhopping with a group of friends, grabbing a pint, meeting a new friend, and moving on to the next bar (hopefully with said old and new friends). As bookish pub nerds, we can’t turn down a good lit crawl—bouncing from literary event to literary event, making new logophile friends, and waxing poetic about the new reading series we just discovered.
Join your fellow YPGers for a meetup at PEN America’s Lit Crawl Brooklyn on Saturday, October 7 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at venues in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The after-party will be from 9:00 – 11:00 pm, at Die Stammkneipe on Fulton Street.
The crawl is split into three phases of events, with lots of different events to choose from! YPG has chosen our favorite two events at each phase and will be hopping around from one to the other. Feel free to join us for one, two, or all of them!
If you’ll be participating in the Lit Crawl with us, we ask that you specify which phase(s) you will be participating in so that we have a chance to wait for each other and meet up before the next event begins. We’ll proceed to each following location as a group.
RSVP to join the YPG Lit Crew here! Email Sharon Watson at ypgcares@gmail.com with any questions or comments. #YPGMeetup
