YPG Discount: BIGNY Meeting: Chris Jackson in Conversation with Calvin Reid

The Book Industry Guild of New York (BIGNY) is once again offering YPG members discounted admission to their monthly meeting. The September spotlight meeting is “Chris Jackson in Conversation with Calvin Reid” on Tuesday, September 13th at Penguin Random House (1745 Broadway, 2nd floor).
Esteemed Random House editor, Christopher Jackson (Fresh Off The Boat, Decoded, and Pulitzer Award-winning Between the World and Me), will be sitting down with Publishers Weekly editor, Calvin Reid, to discuss his career highlights, the rebooting of the One World imprint (which began in 1991 with a multicultural focus), and his thoughts on future of book publishing. There will be a Q&A held towards the end of the program so come filled with questions, comments, and excitement.
Admission for YPG members is slashed in half down to $20, which includes beer, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and networking from 5:15 to 6:15. The program starts at 6:15.
