Full Event! From Publisher to Published

Cincopa video hosting solution for your website. Another great product from Cincopa Send Files.

book publishingWe’ve all heard about them: the editors and marketing assistants, publicists and production managers who are secretly (or not-so-secretly) working on their novels in the wee hours of the morning, or well into the night. You yourself might even be an aspiring writer who writes during every free evening not spent at author events, working late copy-editing, or putting together that powerpoint for Sales Conference. Publishing professionals-turned-authors happens almost as often as actresses decide to try their hand at a music career, and as complicated as it might seem to pull off, several writers have done it, and many more will in the future. If you’re curious about this publishing phenomenon, join us, for a Brown Bag Lunch event all about working in publishing and blossoming as a writer at the same time. Several authors who were working as editors, marketers, and more when their first books were published will tell us how their careers in the industry shaped their road to publication. See below for a full list of the panelists as well as the date, time and location! THIS EVENT IS FULL. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email Ashley Woodfolk and Cassie McGinty, and they will confirm if there is a cancellation.
