YPG Diversity Linkedin Update #ypgdiversity
Thank you to everyone who has joined the AAP’s LinkedIn group for Bookjobs Diversity HERE. Our hope is that this will serve as a resource for members at all of the AAP member publishing houses to use when recruiting diverse candidates into the industry, to reveal that there are people already working in publishing who support them and share their diverse interests and backgrounds, who care about promoting diversity both within publishing houses and in the outward-facing works that we produce. Please share the group with any of your colleagues that are also passionate about supporting diversity within book publishing, and don’t be shy about posting discussions and commenting! #YPGDiversity
