YPG Finance 101: Saving Money on a Publishing Budget
It’s not easy to scrape by in New York on an entry level salary in any industry, and we get that. For this reason, YPG has invited New York Life representative Ryan Hart to do a free “Finance 101” presentation to interested members. He’ll focus on savings and managing a stable income in an unstable world, including learning how to budget and invest now, whether you’re working toward entrepreneurial activity ten years down the line or saving for retirement long-term.
Join us on Wednesday, March 11th from 6:30-8:00pm at the AAP New York offices (71 Fifth Avenue, 2nd floor, NYC) for a basic introduction to income and expenses, risks and liabilities, and how to make your money accumulate while saving, with specific focus on debt acceleration (i.e. how to take care of those pesky student loans).
