YPG Special Edition Book Club: Lean In
Everybody’s talking about it, your coworker’s been trying to get you to read it, and now the moment is here! Join YPG for a special book-club discussion of LEAN IN: WOMEN, WORK, AND THE WILL TO LEAD by Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Operating Officer of Facebook. In Lean In, Sandberg examines why women are underrepresented in leadership roles, explores how women may unintentionally hold themselves back in their careers, and offers solutions for closing the leadership gap and finding a work/life balance.
We’d like to hear what you think of Sandberg’s arguments and how you think these themes apply to the publishing industry. And guys, we want you there too! You’re one-half of the workforce, so come represent.
