YPG’s NBA House Party Donates over $3,000 to NBF’s BookUp
It has been several months since 300-plus of you joined the YPG Planning Committee at Random House for the National Book Awards House Party. We’re sure your muscles are no longer sore from all of the awesomely deejayed dance tunes, and we know that you’ve watched other awards shows since our special live streamed screening of the NBAs. You have inevitably gotten good use out of your Baby Got Book tote bags as well, and we are proud to bring back those memories with the announcement that YPG has donated all proceeds ($3,354.25) from the event to victims of Hurricane Sandy and the National Book Foundation’s BookUp program, who we selected as our partner non-profit for the event.
