Celebrate the season of love with us at our Book Blind Date! Bring one of your favorite books with you to Slainte (304 Bowery, between Bleecker and Houston) on Thursday, February 21st from 6pm to 9pm. Your book MUST be dressed to the nines – it has to be completely wrapped so that its title and cover are hidden. It wouldn’t be a blind date if you saw them ahead of time! You can write two or three key words, like “love” or “non-fiction” or “pirates,” on the wrapping paper to describe its contents, but do try to keep the mystery alive!
