YPG Catches the Holiday Spirit
Eat, drink, be merry…and proudly rock those ugly holiday sweaters! Close to 100 publishing folks made it out to famed West Village literary hotspot Kettle of Fish on Thursday, December 13, for YPG’s first annual Tacky Holiday Sweater shindig. Between Santa hats, reindeer antler headbands, furry Santa cats (oh yes, you could actually pet this sweater), and flashy tree-light necklaces, merriment abounded within the cozy Greenwich Village literary hotspot. What made this magical night even more dazzling? Stellar service from Kettle of Fish employees and the bar’s very own holiday decor! (Their vast beverage selection adorned with a $5 Happy Hour price tag didn’t hurt, either.) The holidays are all about tradition, and an array of absurdly festive sweaters is one tradition we look forward to celebrating again next year!
