The presentation (based on the recent white paper Bowker’s PubTrack™ Consumer: Emerging Best Practices for Book Publishers) will look at the typical mystery reader and take YPGers through an analysis of how to use market research to look at where consumers buy, the types of books they buy in specified retail channels, frequency of shopping and spending and also how consumers learn about new titles.
